NASED Continuing Education Units
(CEU) Information
Affective
January 1, 2006 All certified NASED technicians will be required to obtain
a minimum of 16 CEU's ever two years. This requirement will be increased
in 2010 to require 16
CEU's on an annual basis. You must have 16ceu's by Jan, 2008 or you
will need to retest to regain your certification.

Each full
day of classroom instruction is worth
8 CEU. Each half-day
of classroom instruction is worth 4 CEUs.
CEUs will be awarded for All NASED
certified courses. NASED will provide a minimum of 16
CEU's per year with additional CEU's available at NASED
certified Manufacture training courses. (NOTE: NASED's approval of this
continuing education activity does not imply endorsement of
course content, specific products, or clinical procedure.)
